CHISSL - Cecil & Harford Intermediate Spring Soccer League. CHISSL is a spring soccer league for Harford & Cecil County boys and girls of middle school age. The league was formed to prepare children for high school soccer.
CHISSL teams are organized based upon the middle school attended by the players - but please note that the league has NOTHING to do with the school system. So, while the players will be on teams with their schoolmates, their teachers and school staff will NOT be able to answer any questions about the league.
